Step 1: Complete the CCCApply International Application
Submit the CCCApply International Application to obtain your Citrus College student ID number.
Your student ID number will be required to access college systems and complete the ISC Supplemental Application.
Step 2: Complete the ISC Supplemental Application
Log in to the ISC Portal and complete the ISC Supplemental Application. Be sure to select the application type that best matches your situation.
Which Application Should I Select?
Initial I-20 Application
Select this option if you:
- Are applying from outside the United States
- Are not currently attending a U.S. school
- Are changing your immigration status to F-1
- Need an initial Form I-20 from Citrus College
Transfer Application
Select this option if you:
- Currently have an active F-1 I-20
- Are transferring from a U.S. high school, language school, college, or university to Citrus College
Part-Time Application
Select this option if you:
- Plan to keep your I-20 at another institution and take one or two classes at Citrus College
- Hold F-2 immigration status and wish to study part-time
Change of Program Application
Select this option if you:
- Completed a degree or certificate at Citrus College and wish to begin a new program
- Completed Optional Practical Training (OPT) and plan to continue your studies at Citrus College
- Are transferring to Citrus College after completing OPT at another institution
Upload all required supporting documents through the ISC Portal before submitting your application.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
Log in to:
to pay the $50 application fee.
Students paying with international funds may use PayMyTuition.
Step 4: Application Review
Once all required documents have been submitted, the International Student Center will review your application.
If additional information is needed, the ISC will contact you through your Citrus College email account.
Step 5: Receive Your Admission Decision
Approved students will receive:
- An Acceptance Letter
- A Form I-20 (for F-1 students)
These documents will be delivered electronically through the ISC Portal and your Citrus College email account.
