International high school students may enroll at Citrus College through the College's Concurrent Enrollment Program and take both credit and noncredit courses.
Students enrolled in 11 or fewer credit units are exempt from the California enrollment fee ($46 per unit). However, international students are still required to pay applicable nonresident tuition and capital outlay fees.
Noncredit courses do not charge tuition or enrollment fees; noncredit courses are free!
Concurrent Enrollment Process
- Apply to Citrus College through CCCApply International Application.
- Submit the Concurrent Enrollment Form. Please make sure you list your high school Designated School Official on the form.
- Register for classes.
- Pay applicable fees; noncredit students do not pay fees.
Early College / CCAP
International students attending a high school that participates in Citrus College's College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) program may also be eligible for Early College/CCAP opportunities.
Through Early College/CCAP, students enroll in Citrus College courses offered at their high school and earn both high school and college credit simultaneously. Participation is determined by the high school. Interested students should speak with their high school counselor regarding eligibility and enrollment opportunities.
Assistance for International High School Students
International high school students may contact the ISC for assistance with concurrent enrollment, Early College/CCAP participation, and general college enrollment questions.
International high school students enrolled at Citrus College are welcome to participate in ISC activities and utilize ISC services.
