- Other forms of payment disbursed to your student account
Why did my grant/scholarship not pay my fees?
Some grants and scholarships are issued to you directly and are not permitted to pay your owing fees. In these cases, once the refund is issued, you will be required to make a payment. You are responsible for all charges on your account.
What should I do after I receive my refund?
You are encouraged to view your student account on a regular basis! As it is with any account, it may always be changing as charges and payments/disbursements are applied to your account. In some cases, once a refund happens, you may be required to make a payment because new charges were applied to your account, or a scholarship/grant didn't apply to the charges. Any owing balance on your student account may result in a hold being placed on your record preventing you from adding and dropping classes or purchasing a parking permit.
