Can I enroll as an international student if I am not 18 years old when school starts?

• If you will be less than 18 years of age on the date that school starts, you must provide proof of high school graduation:
• US High School: sealed official transcripts proving graduation 
• Foreign High School: we accept an official evaluation providing US high school graduation equivalency (see Citrus College’s list of accepted transcript evaluation services)
• If you will be less than 18 years of age on the date that school starts, you must have a parent/guardian fill out and sign the Minor Authorization form.
