On occasion, the Financial Aid Department must require an official copy of your high school and/or college transcripts. In order to complete this requirement, you must submit your official high school and college transcript directly to the Admissions and Records Office.
Every transcript may be sent to Citrus College electronically. Most electronic transcript service providers already have a way to send transcripts directly to Citrus College, using a secured means by simply selecting Citrus College from the list of higher education institutions. If the transcript service provider asks for an email address, please have the transcript emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

You may submit your transcripts in person directly to the Citrus College Admissions & Records Office located in the Student Services Building on the first floor. In order to consider the transcripts official, they must be sealed by the issuing high school or college and must NOT be opened. Opened transcripts will be considered unofficial.
