Current Students:
You have several methods of getting a copy of the syllabus from an instructor.
- Using your college email (@citruscollege.edu), contact the instructor using Office365 or Canvas email.
- Once the course has begun, download a copy of the syllabus from the Canvas course site.
After completing a class, it is also a good practice to save a copy of all syllabi for courses you have completed. The school to which you transfer may request this information in order to grant units for a course, approve prerequisites, or allow entry into a program.
Former Students:
If you are a former student who did not save your syllabi from your courses, follow this process to request syllabi from past courses:
- Email or call the Division Office.
- Make sure you can provide the following information which will be used to verify that you were in the course for which you are requesting a syllabus and to provide you with an accurate version:
- Your Name When Attending Citrus College
- Your Contact Information
- The CRN number and Course Title
- The Instructor’s Name
- The Semester/Year when the course was taken
