- No, only mandatory fees are covered, which include the registration, health service, student representation, class pass and student services fees.

- No, there is no maximum unit limitation to the number of units that the promise program will pay in fall and spring. Students are required to enroll in a minimum of 12 units and are encouraged to enroll in at least 15 units fall and spring semesters in order to meet the unit requirement for the second year of the program.

- Promise funds will apply to student accounts after the add/drop period, which is typically after the second week of each semester. Students who made an earlier payment or whose financial aid covered the outstanding balance will be issued a refund. Students in the promise program will not be subject to the drop for nonpayment process for fall and spring semesters.

- Students who sign up for the Citrus College Promise program will not be dropped for nonpayment for fall and spring semesters while they remain part of the program. Please note: Students are responsible for making payment or securing financial aid before the drop for nonpayment deadlines for winter and summer sessions.

- Will the textbook voucher program allow each full-time student to buy all books needed for year one and year two?
- All eligible students will receive a $100 textbook voucher for fall and spring semesters to be used at the Citrus College Owl Bookshop.
