International (F-1 visa) high school students can enroll at Citrus College under the college's concurrent enrollment process in both credit and noncredit courses. International students who enroll in 11 or fewer credit units do not pay the registration fee ($46/unit), but must pay nonresident tuition/capital outlay per unit fee. The noncredit program does not charge any fees.

International students who attend a high school where Citrus College offers a College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) program can also participate in the CCAP program. CCAP allows high school students to enroll in Citrus College courses at their local high school, allowing students to earn college-level credit while simultaneously earning high school credit. The CCAP program is entirely free; fees and textbook costs are covered and are not subject to the tuition and capital outlay fees for the CCAP courses they enroll in. High schools select the student that may participate in the CCAP program. Interested students are encouraged to speak to their high school counselor.
For assistance with enrolling at Citrus College, international high school students can contact the International Student Center (ISC) via phone +1 626-914-8549, email isc@citruscollege.edu, or in-person in the ISC lounge located on the first floor of the Student Services Building, SS 164. International high school students enrolled at Citrus College can access the program's services and participate in ISC activities.
