If you have completed 16+ units at Citrus College
If you are currently attending Citrus College, the Financial Aid Department will submit your GPA electronically if you have the following:
- You have at least 16 cumulative degree applicable or transfer units completed and posted on your Citrus College academic transcript. "In progress" courses do not count.
- You have provided your high school graduation date and your Social Security number (SSN) to the admissions and records program. Please note that AB 540 students must complete a California Dream Act application and are not required to have a Social Security number (SSN).
If you have NOT completed 16+ units at Citrus College
Citrus will not be able to submit a GPA to CSAC or complete a GPA Verification Form for you. Please visit www.csac.ca.gov/post/how-do-i-complete-cal-grant-gpa-verification-form and contact your high school or college(s) you have attended to determine whether or not they will submit your GPA verification electronically or if you'll need to provide them with this form.
